Business Administration

AUPP offers Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in single degree program and dual degree program with the University of Arizona (UA). The UA award is Bachelor of Science, Business Administration.

Program Description

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration prepares graduates for the success in the world of business whether in Cambodia, Southeast Asia or beyond. The program offers concentrations in Accounting, Finance, Management International Business and Marketing. Students will develop core competencies in each of the functional areas of business – accounting, finance, management and marketing – in order to understand the inter-relationship among these functional areas and how these relationships can impact the operation and value of an organization.

Outside the Classroom

Students’ learning goes beyond the classroom. Business students enjoy competing in variety of competitions locally and internationally, joining community services, volunteering work and participate in club activities to learn new skills and develop teamwork and leadership skills. As part of the students’ professional growth, they gain real and valuable experience from working in private or public sectors as part of their internship.

Program Outcomes

The job opportunities with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration are open-ended. Graduates will find a broad spectrum of career opportunities in the public (governmental) or private sector; working for large or start-up firms; local national or multi-national organizations; entrepreneurial ventures; family businesses or large publicly held enterprises.

Students must complete 15 credits (5 courses) of Electives.  The may choose to complete one of the Minors (Minor in Economics, Minor in Law, or Minor in SE Asian Studies). In this case, the 15 credits need to be completed from a defined set of courses.
